Designing websites for clients can sometimes prove to be quite a challenge especially when clients are set on having purple as a dominant shade on their website. Really nice selection. I’ve also seen a showcase of red themed sites in the last week or so. It’s great to see a wider variation of color being used in web design, getting away from the predominance of blues and pastel greens for something more vibrant. It can be tough to avoid looking too garish with that kind of site, but these examples show how it can be done well.

Beautiful! Purple is a great color for websites. I love when sites use dark, rich colors. They stand out so nicely and look just great. The light effects and gradients are nice too. Thanks for posting.
