You can try look for all freelance jobs through one place http://www.donanza.com, a search engine that aggregates all the projects from all the sites mentioned and many others into one place.
In addition there are deep filters to define exectly what are you looking for (budget, revenue model, contest bidding, etc..)
make the search process much easier.
